Returns Policy

Please read our returns policy before making a purchase.

Returns & Refunds 

- Our Returns & Refunds policy is valid for 14 days. If 14 days has passed since your purchase date then unfortunately you cannot return any items.

- To be eligible for a refund, Your item must be unused , unworn , unwashed and in the same condition that you received it.

- Your email conformation of order is also your receipt of purchase.

- Please send us a Request Return email with your order number to. pawasylumpetsupply@gmail.com

when emailing your Request Return please could you add

- Order name 

- Order number

- Email address used to place to order

- Please then pack your item with a note of your order number , name and address inside.

- Please ensure returns items are unworn & free from pet hair otherwise your return is invaild.

- Our returns address will be in our reply to your Request Return email.

Please note: You are responsible for returns shipping costs unless reason for return is due to faulty products. The original shipping costs cannot be refunded.

- We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance. Please keep your tracking number until you receive your confirmation of refund from us. We are unable to guarantee to receive refunds and we do not accept any responsibility for any lost items.

- Once we receive your item & it is inspected, We will send you a email to notify you that your return has been received and a decision on Payment being processed or return rejected and the reason.

- If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed and be refunded to the original method of payment.

Pawasylum cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen orders.

Exchange Policy: As being a small business we cant guarantee mass stock levels for instant exchange. So please contact us to discuss to see what we can resolve for you. We highly recommend double checking sizing charts before making a purchase.
